Harold McNeal – Founder
Harold embodies the essence of Genesis To The Revelation Foundation (GTTR), as its dedicated founder and driving force. Hailing from Houston, Texas, Harold’s personal journey, shaped by his own challenges and aspirations, led him to establish GTTR with an unwavering commitment to uplifting underserved communities. His deep-rooted passion for the well-being of his hometown has propelled him to the forefront of transformative change.
Harold’s visionary leadership serves as the bedrock upon which GTTR’s initiatives thrive. His personal experiences as a native Texan have equipped him with an unparalleled understanding of the unique struggles faced by the communities GTTR serves. His leadership is marked by empathy, compassion, and a resolute determination to inspire positive change at the individual and family levels.
He collaborated with the Veterans Administration to repair homes for the Wounded Warriors Project. His relationship with God and his family takes precedence over everything in his life. He enjoys all sports, traveling, fishing, and boating.
Tamera McNeal, Ph.D. – Chairman
As the Chairman of GTTR, Tamera McNeal plays a pivotal role in providing strategic direction and invaluable oversight to the organization. With a distinguished background and a Ph.D. in Education, Tamera brings a wealth of expertise in addressing complex social challenges and implementing effective strategies for community empowerment.

Clifton Snowden – Events Director
Clifton is the driving force behind GTTR’s successful events and outreach efforts. With a passion for community engagement, he efficiently coordinates and manages the organization’s annual events, such as the Memorial Day Dinner and Back to School Drive. His organizational skills and attention to detail make these events impactful and memorable. Taharrah McNeal – Youth Director

Fred Meredith – Secretary
